With this scholarship, THREE eligible high school seniors will be awarded financial scholarships of up to $1200 each.

What is the
Choy x Unorthodox Scholarship?
The Choy x Unorthodox Scholarship was founded by Dr. Momprenuer, LLC & the Unorthodox Group to provide aid in the form of financial support to graduating high school seniors, entering college in the FALL of 2021 and majoring in a healthcare field.
(Clinical and/or social service healthcare majors, are welcome to apply)

THREE eligible candidates will be awarded a financial scholarship in the form of monetary funding for their upcoming college school year.
Scholarship Awards include:
- 1st: $1,200.00
- 2nd: $1,000.00
- 3rd: $500.00 book scholarship
Eligibility Qualifications:
- Current graduating high school senior
- 2.75 minimum GPA (weighted), confirmed by unofficial transcript (official transcript will be required for distribution of funds)
- Acceptance into a 2- or 4-year college/university
- Planning to major in the field of healthcare
- Submission of a 750-word essay explaining: career goals, what you plan to do with degree once obtained, and why should you be chosen for scholarship.
- Submit COMPLETED application by July 15, 2021 @11:59pm EST
The applications will be reviewed and recipients selected by the Choy x Unorthodox Women's Mentorship Group Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be notified by July 31st. A formal award letter will be sent and scholarship winners will be personally notified.
